The Kind Hills return with the upbeat All Your Promises

The Kind Hills return with “All Your Promises”, which is a delightfully upbeat slice of indie pop with a charming guitar line. All of this happens before the first 15 seconds are over, so imagine how I felt when the track really got going, with those sweet vocals entering shortly after.

    … a bright, globe-spanning indie pop gem.

The band spans multiple cities: Brisbane and Perth in Australia, London, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and Lucerne in Switzerland. To say the band draws inspiration from a wide variety of artists might be an understatement. This new offering blends alt-rock textures perfectly with the aforementioned indie pop sensibilities that have helped so many bands break onto international scenes.

It is honestly hard to dislike this track in any way. It is one of the most charming songs I have heard in quite a while. By the time you reach the latter half, you will likely want to click through to their Spotify profile and dive straight into their back catalogue. A favourite track of mine is “Vegans”, so be sure to check that out once you are done here.
