The Allergies ft: Andy Cooper & BlabberMouf – Dig It Up (Official Video)

The Allergies ft: Andy Cooper & BlabberMouf – Dig It Up (Official Video)

The Allergies have always flirted with funk, soul and party starting breaks, but here they strip it right back. No gloss, no gimmicks, just beats, bass and bars. It’s deliberate, and it hits hard.

The video leans fully into that intensity. Directed by Maculate, it’s a chaotic, monster movie inspired trip with radioactive goo, giant rampaging MCs, and a healthy dose of vintage sci fi destruction. Think Godzilla meets King Kong but with turntables and battle rap energy dialled up to eleven.

Beyond this release, The Allergies are riding serious momentum. Support from BBC Radio 6 Music continues to build, and their track “God Walked Down” recently landed in the cult TV hit Severance, a placement that’s introduced their sound to a whole new audience.

With a new album on the horizon later this year, “Dig It Up” feels like both a nod to where they started and a reminder they’ve still got plenty of firepower left.
