SIIICKBRAIN releases her sophomore album HOUNDSTOOTH, out now via NOWHERE Recordings in partnership with Pale Chord/Rise Records BMG.

Following PALO SANTO, MURKY WATER, and FILTHY featuring Fetish, HOUNDSTOOTH pushes SIIICKBRAIN’s industrial-pop world into heavier, more physical territory, with recent Skrillex momentum adding extra cross-genre voltage.

Focus track CONTROL runs on four-on-the-floor kick, metallic percussion, and acid synth pressure as SIIICKBRAIN confronts dehumanization, instability, and control slipping in real time.

The video keeps that force visible: isolation, masked figures, and cut-away clothing turn vulnerability into confrontation.

    She explains:

CONTROL is a song I wrote about how I’ve been feeling with the current state of the world and how many people are losing control over different parts of their lives to a point where it’s creating this sense of dehumanization.

SIIICKBRAIN framed HOUNDSTOOTH as a record built from duality, writing that the album holds “the person you’re becoming and the person you’ve always been,” alongside “the light and the dark,” and “the chaos and the clarity.”

That contrast runs through the project: two versions stitched into one, with CONTROL landing as one of its most direct pressure points.

With HOUNDSTOOTH, SIIICKBRAIN locks experimental pop, industrial, electronics, hip-hop, fashion, and visual world-building into one heavy system. Body music for a world losing its grip.
