British rap heavyweight Giggs is set to celebrate two decades of musical influence with The Chronicles of Giggs, a special live event taking place at London’s OVO Arena Wembley on Wednesday 16 December 2026. Launching the ambitious new Chronicles of… series, the show promises more than a traditional concert, exploring the sounds, influences and defining moments behind one of UK rap’s most influential careers.
Joining the South London icon will be an impressive line-up featuring New York hip-hop legends The LOX (Jadakiss, Styles P and Sheek Louch), dancehall superstar Beenie Man, UK garage pioneers Heartless Crew and legendary reggae soundsystem Saxon Sound. Bringing together hip hop, dancehall, garage and reggae, the event pays homage to the musical foundations that helped shape Giggs’ unmistakable sound and enduring legacy, while celebrating the artists and movements that have influenced generations.
From his early days establishing himself as a formidable independent voice in South London to becoming a globally recognised figure, Giggs has consistently pushed boundaries while remaining true to his roots. His distinctive delivery, uncompromising lyricism and unmistakable presence have helped redefine British rap, with landmark releases including Landlord, which reached No. 2 on the UK Albums Chart, cementing his position among the country’s most important hip-hop artists.
Rather than simply revisiting his biggest records, The Chronicles of Giggs will take audiences through the different chapters of his musical journey, highlighting the cultural connections between New York hip hop, Jamaican dancehall and London’s rich soundsystem heritage. The event also marks the beginning of a wider live series dedicated to exploring the influences and legacies of celebrated artists.
With an exceptional line-up spanning continents and generations, The Chronicles of Giggs looks set to be a fitting tribute to an artist whose impact extends far beyond music, bringing together some of the most influential names in hip-hop and UK soundsystem culture for a landmark night at Wembley.
